The 2009 Community Days Committee is offering 125 booth spaces for Saturday July 11th. This is the biggest day of the event with anticipation of over 20,000 people attending. Booths must be ready to open by 2:30 PM with crowds starting at 3 PM. There are three levels at Community Park, with activities going on at each level that should draw a crowd. Booths that do not have electricity are available for $80 and those with electricity are available for $100, whether you use electricity or not. Booths with electricity are indicated in red on the map, while those without electricity are blue. (See the booth application for potential booth discounts). You will be responsible for providing the booth, setting up your booth, and disassembly of your booth. (See rules & regulations for other details). This year we are allowing you to select your own booth space. Look at the “Park Map” to find an area you would like to locate your booth. The map is divided into three sections and you can get a close up view by clicking the section you are interested in. Write down some of the booth numbers that you are interested in and check the booth's availability in the left column. The booth will either be shown as OPEN or list who has already taken it. Don’t like who is next to you? Find another available booth and move there. Once you have selected your booth, it is important to complete the “booth application” and mail or hand deliver it with your check. Ideally put in a second and third booth location, because someone may have taken the booth before we get to your application. Don’t delay because we expect all booths to be sold out weeks before the event starts.
